1. Who makes my clothes?

Each item is designed and made in-house at our studios in Ibiza. Once a lace fabric has been sourced, a bespoke design is created and the pattern is cut. At this stage, we calculate how many pieces can be produced from the lace available.

As our lace is hand-sourced and never bought in bulk, we are only able to offer a limited number of pieces in each collection—making every item truly special.


2. Why can’t I order now?

We work using a drop system. Our website goes live on the first Sunday of every month, when a limited number of pieces from the new collection are released.

This approach allows us to celebrate slow fashion. Each collection is designed around the amount of lace we are able to source, meaning quantities are always limited. Monthly drops also give us the time needed to prepare and produce each order with care.

3. How do I wash my lace?

Lace is a delicate fabric and we highly recommend washing it by hand. Use a gentle, well-diluted washing liquid and leave your piece to dry flat.


4. How long will my order take to be delivered?

Once your order has been received, it will take up to 4–5 weeks to make before being dispatched. Please allow a further 10–14 days for delivery.

You’ll be able to track your treasure once it has left Ibiza.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Europe: 7–10 days

  • UK: 10–14 days

  • International: 14+ days

Please note that local taxes may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Can I collect in person?

Yes—if you’re coming to Ibiza, we would love to meet you. You can place an order and collect it directly from our PO BOX Please email us with your travel dates and order number so we can arrange a collection time.


6. Can I return my item?

We hope you’ll love your exclusive lace design. As each piece is made to order, we’re unable to offer returns. However, alterations can be made if needed, at an additional cost.

Items must be returned using a tracked service at your expense and will be sent back to you the same way.
